Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from xpresscontainers.ca, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

Products and Services

Xpress Containers sells new and used shipping containers across Canada.
Product images and descriptions are provided for general guidance — actual condition may vary by grade and availability.

Pricing and Payments. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We accept:

  • Secure online payments
  • Manual payments such as e-transfer, bank transfer, or invoice
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received or approved. Taxes, delivery, and offloading fees may apply.

Delivery and access requirements. Deliveries are made by truck. The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and adequate site access
  • Ensuring sufficient space and ground stability for offloading
    If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility or unsafe conditions, additional charges may apply.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the customer’s designated site.

Condition and Warranty

New (One-Trip) containers are sold in like-new condition. Used containers may show cosmetic wear.
All containers are wind and watertight unless otherwise stated. No additional warranties (express or implied) are provided beyond what is written.

Returns and refunds. All sales are final after delivery and acceptance.
Refunds or exchanges are only provided if:

  • The incorrect container was delivered, or
  • The container is proven defective upon delivery.

Limitation of liability. Xpress Containers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • Site inaccessibility
  • Offloading issues
  • Property damage caused by improper site preparation
    Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the container.

Use of Website

You agree not to use this site for unlawful activities, data scraping, or any actions that disrupt website functionality.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

Privacy

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

  • Program Description. When you opt-in to our text messaging services via our web contact forms, Xpress Containers will send you text confirmations, order updates, delivery tracking notifications, and direct customer care communications regarding your shipping container inquiries or deliveries.
  • Opt-Out Instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages rom us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time.
  • Customer Support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at info@xpresscontainers.ca.
  • Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Fees and Frequency. Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or from us. Message frequency varies based on your container inquiries, orders and service updates. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
